Procedure: preamble, regarding reissuing of statutes

Here followis certane actis and constitutiounis maid be oure soverane lord King James the Fift, with avise of his thre estatis in diverse his parliamentis in his less aige, and now sene ovir agane be the lordis of his artikulis and fundin be thame gude and resonable and, therefor, ordanit be oure said soverane lord to be collectit and ratifyit and apprevit be his hienes and ordanit to be insert in the bukis of this present parliament to be gevin furth with the laif of his actis of parliament, and nottheles the strenthe and effecte of thame to have bene sene the first constitutioune.
