Anentis privilege of burrowis

Item, it is devisit, statute and ordanit that the auld privilege of burrowis be observit and kepit anentis merchandis and merchandice conforme to oure soverane lordis lawis, statutis and actis of parliament maid of before, and ratifyis and confermis the samin in this present parliament with all privilegis grantit to thame be oure soverane lord and his maist noble progenitouris of gud mynd, quheme God assolye.
