Procedure: declaration of a running parliament
The quhilk day the lordis commissionaris of parliament forsaid ordanis that this present parliament proceid and stand ouer without ony contiuatioune, sa lang as plesis the kingis grace. And geif ony materis occurris, that the samin be tretit and endit in the samen siclik as it had daly and continuale process, but forther solempnite, and ay and quhill it pleise the kingis grace that the samin be desert and his speciale command gevin thareto.
