²Item, that the acte maid be oure soverane lordis fader, quham God assolye, and utheris his progenitouris anent the halding of cruvis and fische yaris be observit, kepit and putt to executioune in all punctis, with this additioune: that the ressettaris and assistaris to sik personis incurr siclike pane as the principalis and that siclik processes be had aganis thame as is devisit and statute aganis the slaaris of reid fische, salmond and smoltis.
