Off brekaris of dowkatis, yardis, cunygaris, perkis and stankis

2Item, it is statute and ordanit that all thaim that brekis dukatis, cunygaris, parkis, stankis, takis or stelis hyvis and beis3 furth of the samin dais, rays, cunyngis, dowis, pykis and fische,4without speciale licence of the awneris therof, salbe callit and punist therfore as for thift at particular diettis, and this acte to extend to thaim that ar art of or gevis assistence to sik misdoaris.
