Libertie of Halikirk
In primis, it is statute and ordanit that the fredome of Halikirk, the immunyteis and privelegis of the samin, be observit and kepit and defendit be oure soverane lord, with all liberteis, in honour and worschip therof, siclike and als frelie as thai have bene in the tymes of his maist noble progenitoris, kingis of Scotland, and the brekaris and offendaris therof be punist with all rigour.
