²Ratifiis and apprevis the contracte and apunctuament maid betuix Archibald Douglas, thesaurare to oure soverane lord, provest of Edinburgh, and James Achisone, goldsmyth, maister cunyeour, tuiching the stryking and prenting of money, gold and silver, in all punctis and articulis eftir the forme and tenenour of the said contracte, of the quhilk the tenour followis, at Edinburgh, the penult day of October, the yere of God, j^M v^C and xxvj yeris, it is appunctit and aggreit.

Quo die idem supremus dominus noster rex in prefato suo parliamento presentibus tribus regni statubus predictis et de eorum expressis consensu et assensu requisito, habito et deliberato communi proficuo et utilitate corone necnon augmentacione sui rentalis⁶ preuisis et intellectis ac multis aliis et diversis causis et considerationibus, racionabilibus precedentis, rimatis et discussis illas donationes et concessionem factas et concessas dilecto suo Jacobo Dunbar de Tulyglennis de et super terris de Eistir Tarbart cum piscacionibus earundem tam in mari quam in aquis dulcibus et suis pertinentiis jacentibus in Comitatum Rossensis infra vicecomitatum de Invernes prout in carta prefati supremi domini nostri regis sibi desuper confecta latius continetur de data apud Edinburgh, vicesimo primo Augusti, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo sexto, confirmavit, ratificavit et pro se heredibus et successoribus suis omnibus melioribus modo, forma et effectu de consensu et deliberatione predicta approbavit non obstantibus aliquibus annexacionibus, unionibus aut aliis quibuscunque prius pro eundem dominum nostrum regem aut suos predecessores quoscumque in contrarium facta seu expeditis, et desuper litteras suas confirmatorias premissorum sub magno sigillo suo concessit et deliberari mandavit.

Quo die idem serenissimusn dominus noster rex in prefato suo parliamento presentibus tribus regni statibus et de eorum expressis consensu and assensu requisito, habito et deliberato, communi proficuo et corone utilitate previsis et intellectis ac multis aliis et diversis causis ac considerationibus, racionabilibus, precedentibus rimatis et discussis, illas concessionem et assedationem factas et concessas dilectis suis Joachim Hechscatter', Quintino de Lawitz, Gerardo Sterk, Erasmo Schetis et Anthonio Nibetus eorumque heredibus, successoribus et assignatis, de omnibus et singulis minis seu fodinis auri, argenti et aliorum metallorum infra regnum suum prout in dicta assedacione eis pro spacio quadraginta trium annorum desuper facta lacius continetur de data apud Edinburgum, decimoseptimo die mensis Julii, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo sexto, et regni prefati supremi domini nostri regis decimotercio confirmavit, ratificavit et per se heredibus et successoribus suis omnibus melioribus modo formam et effectu de consensu et deliberatione predictis approbavit et desuper litteras suas confirmatorias promissorum sub magno sigillo suo concessit et deliberari mandavit.
