Procedure: dispute between the earls of Eglinton and Glencairn

Cuthbert, erle of Glencarne askit documentis that my lord of Arane declarit gif the Erle of Eglintoune wald nocht tak frenndis and pass to concord anent all materis debatable betuix the saidis Erlis of Eglintoun and Glencarne, that the said Erle of Eglintoune suld nowther have the said Erle of Aranis hart nor his help in tym tocum.
