Of cruives and yairs
2Item, that the act made by [James IV], our sovereign lord's father, whom God absolve, and others of his progenitors regarding the holding of cruives and fish yairs be observed, kept and put to execution in all points, with this addition: that the resetters and assisters to such persons incur the same pain as the principals and that the same processes be had against them as is devised and statute against the slayers of red fish, salmon and smolts.
