Judicial proceeding: continuation of summons
On the which day Alexander John Cannochson, John MacLean of Lochbuie, John MacLeod of Lewis and various others contained in a royal summons as is written above, often called by royal summons under testimony of the great seal, directed above, for answering personally to the said lord, our king, in the present parliament concerning certain treasonous actions contained in the said summons, and not having compeared, it was continued to 21 July next to come, with continuation of days, in the form and effect which it is now, without prejudice of the parties.
