Judicial proceeding: summons of treason
Item, the lords temporal think it expedient that summonses of treason shall be raised in due form against [Hugh Montgomery], earl of Eglinton, [William Sempill], lord Sempill, Neil Montgomery and John Stirling of the Keir, knight, after the form of the king's mind for such crimes as [Adam Otterburn of Auldhame and Reidhall], his advocate, pleases to libel against them.
