Act and recommendation in favors of Captain Charles Campbell - to be found recorded 18th instant

Petition for Captain Charles Campbell, read craveing payment of his arrears and a sist of personal execution against him for some time, and that part of the petition as to sist of personall execution ordained to be seen and answered by his creditors against the next sederunt and recommended to the lords of thesaury for a certain sum conform to the deliverance on his petition, the act and recommendation whereupon because it bears for date both this day and the eighteenth instant is recorded that day.
