Procedure: delay in reading queen's letter until more members assemble
Her majesties' commissioner acquainted the parliament that he had a letter from her majesty to them but, in respect many of the members were not yet come to toun, he thought proper to delay presenting the letter till the parliament were more fully assembled.
Procedure: adjournment
After which the lord chancellour, by order of her majesties' high commissioner, adjourned the parliament till Tuesday next at ten a clock in the forenoon.
