Hempriggs admitted
Mr James Dunbar, younger of Hempriggs, commissioner elected for the shire of Caithness in place of Sir George Sinclair of Clyth, deceased, took the oath of allegiance. subscribed the same with the assurance and took the oath of parliament.
Mr John Stewart, younger of Blackhall, excused by his grace her majesty's high commissioner in respect of his indisposition, as also [John Maitland], earl of Lauderdale excused for this day's absence.
