Petition for John [Murray], duke of Atholl against the said Sir William Menzies [of Gladstains], read and he ordered to see and answer against the said diet, with certification.
Petition for Frances [Herbert], countess dowager of Seaforth, against [George MacKenzie], earl of Cromarty and others, again read, and they ordained to see and answer at the second sederunt next week, with certification.
