Order
Ordered that he be sent back to prison and there continue until he find bail in the terms of the former ordinance, and its hereby declared that the said bail is only to continue to the next session of parliament inclusive.
Procedure: order of business
Moved that any preferences granted to the two captain Drummonds upon the appropriated funds might not prejudge the officers' private rights to the said funds, and the further consideration thereof delayed.
Agreed that [Anna Scott], duchess of Buccleuch's petition come in the first sederunt of parliament for private business before all other private business.
Procedure: adjournment
The lord chancellor, by order of the lord high commissioner, adjourned the parliament until tomorrow at 10 o'clock.
