Agreed that the action at [John Kerr], laird of Morriston's instance against Sir James Cockburn [of that ilk] be first heard the first day the parliament shall proceed upon private affairs.
Procedure: report on fitting of the house
Resolved that [William Keith], earl Marischal's report anent the fitting of the house for the better accommodation of the members be taken the next sitting of parliament.
