Procedure: preamble
On the 13th day of the aforesaid October and parliament immediately aforenoted 1487 and the 27th [year] of the reign of our supreme lord the king, the lord king and the three estates of the realm were present, this act which follows immediately was enacted and approved in the same parliament by the supreme lord the lord king and the aforesaid three estates and proclaimed and published on the 23rd of the same month.2
