A patent produced under the great seal in favour of Alexander Livingstone read and delivered by the commissioner to [John Fleming], earl of Wigtown.

Act for the offer of £40,000 of yearly annuity to his majesty during his lifetime read, voted and approved in parliament.

Report of the commissioners for bills between [William Douglas], earl of Morton and the town of Kirkwall, remitting the differences between them to the determination of the lords of session; and in the meantime, that the town of Kirkwall uses no jurisdiction but what they were in possession of before the usurpers came in, read and approved and an act passed accordingly.

Act in favour of Walter Stewart for his relief out of the lands of Ecclesmachan wherein he was infeft for warrandice of the lands of Pardovan, evicted from him by [Jean Dalmahoy], lady Binning.

Act between Walter Watson and [James] Clelland of Faskine who is ordained to restore the monies contained in the report.2
