Letter from [George Dundas], laird of Dundas and Major Abernethy to [John Campbell, earl of Loudoun], lord chancellor, of 27 December read in parliament, with the articles of agreement, and remitted to the committee of estates, and the king and parliament ordain the lord chancellor to write for them to appear before the committee of estates for clearing themselves and to give account of their carriage. The papers given to Mr Thomas Henderson.
Ordain an order to be sent to the colonels in Fife to march from the rendezvous towards Stirling with all diligence.
Ordain the conference to meet presently and the parliament at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
