[Letter to the commissioners in Holland and to the lieutenant general]

A letter to be drawn for the commissioners in Holland, relating to the parliament's sense of their papers presented to and received from the king, and the propositions and instructions now to be sent from the parliament to the commissioners.

A letter written to the general lieutenant appointing him to attend the king's majesty, desiring him to send all the papers that were taken at the defeat and since then come to his hand.
