Legislation: royal revocation

On 10 July in the aforementioned parliament the same most excellent prince, in the presence of the lords of the three estates of the realm, cancelled, annulled and specially revokes, cancels, annuls and specially and expressly revokes all donations, alienations, infeftments of all and singular lands, all rents, advocations of lands, wards, reliefs in blench ferme, all alienations of lands in feu-ferme, all donations and grants of lands in regality, all tailzies to the lawful heirs made by them, all donations and grants of keeperships of castles for long terms, and especially the castles that are the keys of the kingdom, and generally all manner of alienations which are or may be prejudicial to his royal majesty, his heirs, successors and the crown in any part, or against good conscience.
