Judicial proceedings: act of the lords auditors of causes and complaints
The lords decree and deliver that Andrew Gray shall satisfy and pay James of Shaw of Sauchie five bolls of wheat, five bolls of oats and two and a half merks of silver for the mails and fermes of the lands of Abernyte pertaining to the said James, and ordain that letters be written to distrenzie him of his lands and goods for that, and for 30s for the said James and 40s as an unlaw.
