Item, the whole three estates have committed full power of the whole parliament to these persons underwritten to advise, debate and refer again to the next parliament or general council on these matters underwritten etc.

In the first, to advise upon the importing of bullion into the realm and of the keeping of money in the realm and to advise upon the course the money shall have etc.

Item, of the reduction of the king's laws, Regiam Majestatem, acts, statutes and other books to be put in a volume and to be authorised, and the rest to be destroyed.

Item, to advise for the reformation of sworn oaths and to set punishment thereupon.

Item, to advise on all other articles that shall be thought expedient for the honour of our sovereign lord and the common good of the realm.
