Commissione for tryeing the loises neir the toun of Pearth
The estates of parliament gives warrand and comissione to the erles of Pearth and Tullibardine and Lord Burrlie for the noblemen, the laird of Glennegies, Ballindalloch and Deanemylne for the barones, the commissioneres of Pearth, St Androis and Couper for the burrowes (or to any fyve of them, there being ane of everie estate) to meit and take tryell of the loiss and sufferings susteind be these who are lying adjacent to the toune of Pearth and that since the nyntene day of Julii last, and to report to the parliament or committie of parliament.
