Warrant: precept for supply of the new regiments
The estates of parliament gives warrand to the general comisser and his deputes to give victuell and proveant to the regimentes which are now come wp for this publict service, conforme to ane warrand to be subscryved be the president of the committie for the mentenance, for which effect ane precept wes subscryved in parliament.
