Act anent the shyre of Roxburgh
The estates presentlie conveened, considering that in respect of some Englishe trouperis lying on the way of Northumberland that it is not saife that anie meale be caried frome Kelso into England be land, doe therefore discharge all carieing of any victuall into England be land bot be order frome the committees of estates of this kingdome, and recommendis to the committie of warre of Roxburgh [and] Selkirk to sie this order punctuallie observed.
