Procedure: commissions for uplifting rents of excommunicated persons

The convention of estats recommends to the comissioners of the thesaurie and lords of excheker to give out commissions for uplifting the rents of suche excomunicat persons as sall be given up to thame be advocat or agent of the kirk.
