Procedure: commission to consider the English commissioners' declaration

The conventioun of estaites gives heirby commissioun to the committee formerly appoynted to meit with the Inglisch commissioners by act of the 9 of this instant to joyne with the committie appoyntit by the generall assemblie in considering of the particulares contained in the paperes exhibite by the Inglisch comissioneres, and to acquaint the assembly with such paperes as they have receavit from the saids commissioners.
