Act conteneing the forme and wordis to be prefixed and subjoyned to the examplificatioun of the treatie under the greatt seall

Carolus Dei gratia Scotiae, Angliae, Franciae et Hiberniae rex fideique defensor, universis et singulis ad quorum noticiam praesentes hae literae nostrae pervenerint, salutem. Sciatis nos quoddam actum parliamenti apud Edinburgh vigesimo sexto die mensis Augusti ultimo elapsi penes articulos tractatus pacificationis subscriptos, tam inter nos nostrosque subditos Scotiae quam inter regna Scotiae et Angliae stabilitum utique intellexisse sub hac forma. Heirefter to insert the act of parliament conteininge thairin the act of pacificatioune de verbo in verbum, and thairefter to subjoyne the words followeing: In cuius rei testimonium presentibus magnum sigillum nostrum apponi precepimus. Apud Edinburgh vigesimo sexto die mensis Augusti anno Domini millesimo sexcentesimo quadragesimo primo et anno regni nostri decimo septimo.

According to the which wordis, the director of the chancallarie is to wryte the ratificatione of the articles of the treattie and the greate seale, and thairefter to be registrat. Whairanent these presentis shall be to him one sufficient warrand.
