Supplicatioune be the three commissioneris of the borrowis for the treatie, craving exoneratioune and approbatioune of thair charge and service, red in audience of his majestie and estaittis of parliament, togidder with thair depositiones taken be the committe appointed for thair examinatione and the testimonie of hia majestie and other commissioneris. They find the desyre of the supplicatione reasonable and thairfor grauntis the exoneratione and approbatione thairin mentioned, and appointis the same to be drawin up in forme of act to everie ane of thame.

Supplicatione be Maistir Archibald Jhonestoune, craving exoneratioune and approbatioune, red in audience of his majestie and estaittis of parliament, who (efter heiring the testimonie of his majestie and other commissioneris present) doe find the desyre of the supplicatione reasonable and thairfoir unanimouslie grauntis the exoneratione and approbatione thairinmentioned, and appointis the same to be drawin up in forme of act.

Supplicatione of Adame Blair, who was employed clerk to the commissioneris, craving exoneratione and approbatioune, red in audience of his majestie and estaittis of parliament, who findis the desyre thairof reasonable and thairfoir grauntis the exoneratioune and approbatioune thairinmentioned, and appointis the same to be drawin up in forme of act.

Appointis the committees following to meitt efternoone, viz: the committee for the armie, the committe for the north, the committe for the Erle of Galloway and towne of Wigtone, the committe for the Erle of Stirlingis creditouris. And appointis everie estaite of parliament to meitt upon Tuesday morning at sevin houris, and the haill parliament at nyne houris.
