Ratificatione in favoures of the Laird of Panmure of his infeftmente of the lordshipe of Brechine and Navarre

Our soverane lord and estates of parliament ratifies and approves the chartour and infeftment granted be his majestie to his majesties daylie servitour, Patrike Maule of Panmure, his aires and assigneyes thairinconteaned, off all and haill the lordshipe of Brechine and Navar, with the heritable offices of the constabularie of Brechine and heritable justiciarie within the said lordshipe, to be haldine of his majestie in few ferme in maner therin conteanit, quhilke is of the dait the [...] day of [...] j^M vj^C threttie [...] yeeres; togidder with the right and priviledge yeerlie of electione of one of the baillies of the citie and toune of Brechine, with the contract and appoyntement made betuixt the baillies and counsell of Brechine, with advyse and consent of Maister Walter Quhytfuird, beshope of Brechine, and the said Maister Walter for himselfe one the ane pairt, and the said Patrike Maule of Panmure one the wther pairt, ratifieing and approveing the said right and priviledge of the yeerlie nominatione and electione of ane of the baillies of the said citie of Brechine be the said Patrike, his aires and successoures, quhilke is of the dait the [...] day of [...], the yeer of God j^M vj^C [...] yeeres, in the haill heedis and articles of the said infeftment and contract respective; and findis and declaires that the said Patrike and his foirsaidis hes good and wndoubted right be vertewe of his rightes abovespecifeid in and to the said lordshipe of Brechine and Navare, with the saidis heritable offices of the constabularie and justiciarie of the said lordshipe of Brechine and to the nominatione and electione of ane of the baillies of the said citie of Brechine yeerlie in all tymecomeinge. And sicklyke his majestie and estates of parliament ratifies and approves the chartour and infeftment granted be his majestie to the said Patrike Maule in lyferent and to Harie Maule, his second sone, his aires and assigneyes, of the landis and barrony of Ballmakellie comprehending the particular landis, mylnes, multoures, advocatione of the chaiplanries therinconteaned, to be haldine of his majestie in free blensche, notwithstanding ane pairt thairof held waird of before in maner conteanit in the said infeftment, quhilke is of the dait the eight day of Januar j^M vj^C therttie nyne yeeres, and findis and declaires that this present ratificatione shall be alse valid and effectuall to the said Patrike, his aires and assigneyes for the said lordshipe of Brechine and Navarre, with the heritable offices abovespecified and right of nominatione and electione of the said baillie of Brechine, and to the said Patrike in lyferent and to the said Harie Maule and his foirsaidis heritablie for the saidis landis and barrony of Ballmakellie and everie pairt therof, as if the saidis infeftmets, contract and rightes abovespecifit wer heerin insert per expressum.
