Ratificatione to Maister Harie Chaipe

Our soverane lord, with advyse and consent of the estates of this present parliament, for sindrie weightie causes moveing his hienes, hes ratified and approvine the chartour and infeftment wnder the great seale, daited the first day of Merch j^M vj^C therttie four yeeres, made in favoures of Maister Harie Chaipe of Ormistoune, advocat, in lyferent, and Maister James Chaipe, his sone, in fie, his aires and assigneyes therinspecified, off tua pleughes of land of the Grange of Lindores, callit Ormistoun Wod and Whytparke, and otheres specified in the said chartour, togidder with the instrument of seasing and all other rightes and securities fallowing therwpoun, in the haill heedis, clauss and conditiones thairof, and declaires this present ratificatione to be alse valied and effectuall as if the said chartour, instrument of seasing and all other writtis, rightes and securities falloweing therwpoun wer insert and set doune heerintill ad longum et de verbo in verbum, notwithstanding the samene be not sua done; quhairanent our said soverane lord and estates of parliament hes dispensit and heerby dispenses for evir.
