Ratificatione anent the disuniting of Kirkmadaill and Kirkbrek fra Anwithe²

Our soverane lord and estates of parliament ratifies, approves and confirmes tua severall decreetes befor the comissioneres for surrenderes and teyndis at the instance of the kingis majesties advocate and Maister Williame Dallgleis, sometyme minister at Kirkmabreke, for disuniting and disjoyneing the said kirke of Kirkemabreke and Kirkedaill from the kirke of Anwith, and appoynting them to be tua severall distinct paroches, and for the common elementes, and for augmenting the old stipend for the minister of Kirkemabreke and Kirkedaill, and for setling the localitie bothe of the old and new stipend, quhilke decreetes are of the dait the nyntene day of Februar and tuentie ane day of Merch, j^M vj^C therttie sex yeeres, in the haill heedis, articles, clauss and conditiones thairof with all that fallowed or may fallowe thairwpoun.
