Ratificatione to Sir Andro Skeene

Our soverane lord, with advyce and consent of the three estates of this present parliament, ratifies and approves and, for his hienes and his successoures, perpetuallie confirmes the chartour and infeftment made and granted be umquhill Alexander, somtyme beshope of Dunkell, to his hienes lovit Androw Skeene of Auchtertoule, his aires and assigneyes whatsomevir heritablie, off all and haill the landis and barrony of Auchtertoule, with the maner place of Hallyairdis, houss, biggingis, yairdis, orchyairdis, outsettes, insettes, annexis, connexis, dependences, pairtes, pendicles and pertinentes of the samene, whatsomevir speciallie and particularlie at lenth mentionat and conteaned in the said chartour and infeftment lyand within the dyocie of Dunkell and shereffdome of Fyfe, to be holden of the said umquhill Alexander, somtyme beshope of Dunkell and his successourcs beshopes therof in few ferme and heritadge, for yeerly payment of the particular few fermes and otheres dewties at lenth mentionat and conteaned in the said chartor, as the samene of the dait the [...] day of [...], the yeer of God [...] yeeres at mair lenth beeres, with the instrument of seasing fallowing wpoun the said chairtour wnder the nott and subscriptione of [...], notare publict; togidder also with the infeftment and gifte granted be our said soverane lord wnder his hienes greate seale to Sir Williame Forbes of Craigivar, knycht barronet, off the advocatione, donatione and right of patronage of the parochine and paroche kirke of Auchtertuill, personage and viccarage therof, and of the haill teynds, landis and kirkelandis of the samene perteaneing and belonging therto, with all and sindrie ther priviledges and pertinentes, lyand within the said shereffdome of Fyffe, with the alienatione, dispositione and procuratorie of resignatione therin conteaned made be the said Sir Williame Forbes to the said Maister Andro Skeene of the said right and patronage of the said kirke and parochine of Auchtertuill, personage and viccarage therof, and of the said haill teyndis, landis and kirkelandis of the samene, off whatsomevir daites, tennour, contentes respective the samene be of, in all and sindrie the heedis, poyntis, clauss, articles, circumstances and conditiones therinconteanit and eftir the formes and tennoures thairof in all poyntes, to have bene from the begineing, to be now and in all tymecomeing good, laufull, valied and sufficient evidents and securities to the said Maister Androw Skene and his foirsaidis for ther peaceable and heritable bruikeing and joysing of the saidis landis and barrony of Auchtertuill, with the said maner place of Hallyairdis and pertinentes thairof foirsaidis, and right of patronage of the said kirke of Auchtertoule and haill teyndis, landis and kirke landis therof, without contradictione, querrell or questione to be maid in the contraire. Attoure our said soverane lord, with consent foirsaid, hes decernit and declaired and, for his hienes and his successours, perpetuallie statutes and ordeanes the said chartour and infeftment, conteyneing precept of seasing therintill and instrument of seasing falloweing therwpoun, off the saidis landis and barrony of Auchtuill, with the said maner place of Hallyairdis, and the said infeftment and gifte of the said advocatione, donatione and right of patronage of the said parochine and paroche kirke of Auchtertuill, personage and viccarag therof, and haill teyndis, landis and kirkelandis of the samene perteaneing and belonging therto, with the said alienatione and dispositione and procuratorie of resignatione therinconteaned made be the said Sir Williame Forbes in favoures of the said Maister Androw Skeene of the samene, heerby ratified in maner foirsaid, to be ane valied, lauchfull, heritable and reall right and securitie to the said Maister Andro Skeene and his foirsaidis for ther peaceable bruiking, joysing and possessing of the saidis landis and barrony of Auchtertuill and maner place of Hallyairdis, houss, biggings, yairdis, orchyairdis and pertinentes of the samene, and right of patronage of the said kirke of Auchtertuill, personage and viccarag therof, and haill teyndis, landis and kirke landis of the samene heritablie and perpetuallie in all tymecomeing as ther owne proper heritadge, without ony contradictione to be made in the contrair.
