Act in favoures of the officeres of fortoune who ware imprisoned at Neucastle
The quhilk day, anent the supplication givine in to the parliament be Collonell James Wairdlaw, rutmaister, Johne Broun of Fordell, Lovetennent Collonell Hendrie Sinclare, Lieutennent Johne Adinstoun, ensigne, David Guthrie and Robert Finlasone, desyreing reparacion of ther loisses susteind be them throw ther being takine presoneres be the Inglishe shippes and imprisoned in England at the tyme of ther being on thair journey comeing home to Scotland to have served there in thair late troubles, as the supplicatione at mair lenth beires. Quhilke supplicatione being this day moved in parliament in audience of the kingis majestie and estates of parliament, his majestie and estates foirsaides hes remitted and remittes the consideracione of the foirsaid supplicatione and desyre thairof, and what course shall be taken for refounding of the supplicantes, ther loisses, to the committie and commissione appoynted be the kingis majestie and estates of parliament for the commoune burdingis of this kingdome.
