The quhilk day the supplicatione be the Erle of Galloway aganes the toune of Wigtoune and be Williame McGuffoke aganes the shereffe and baillyie of Wigtoune, the kingis majestie and estates ordeanes lettires to be direct at the instance of either of the pairties for sommonding witness for proveing of the complaintes and ansueres theraganes, but prejudice to either pairtie to dispute againis the relevancie, and assignes the [...] day of [...] to the effect abovewrittin.
