Declaratione be Harie, lord Ker, in face of parliament as fallouethe

I, Harie, lord Ker, have allreddy acknowledged my offence to his majestie and askit his pardone, which I doe now lykewayes to this honorabill house of parliament, and for the scandallous wordis conserneing the Marques of Hammiltoune which was said be me, I confese them to be rashe and groundles, and that I am sorie for the same. Qhilke declaratioun the Lord Ker, in presence of the parliament, delyverit as subject be him to his majestie.
