The quhilk day the supplicatione givine in to the parliament be Johne Cheishollme of Cromlix desyring that the gifte of his waird and mariage, falling be deceis of umquhill James Chisholme of Cromlix, brother to the supplicant, might be disponit in the supplicants owne favouris gratis without any compositione, sieing his umquhill brother was imployed in the publict service as ane capitane and contracted his seeknes at Newcastle and deceist at Kelso, being red, and the desyre and treuth therof considerit, the kingis majestie and estates of parliament ordeines the thesaurer deput and lordis of excheker to pas the foirsaid gifte abovementionat in favouris of the supplicant or any otheris to his behove whom he shall desyre, and that gratis without any compositione to be payed therfor.

Ordinance in favoures of the creditouris of the Erle of Stirveling

The quhilke day the supplicatione givine in be the creditoures of the Erle of Stirveling to the parliament, desyreing advocatione of some process intented be some particular persones befor the shereffis of Stirveling, Clakmanane and [...] for the reasones contenit in ther supplicationes, being red in audience of the kingis majestie and estates of parliament, his majestie and estates foirsaidis grantes the desyre of the same supplicatione.
