Act anente the president of the parliament nou and heirefter

The quhilk day the estates of parliament agries that it be enacted that in all ensueing parliamentis the president of the parliament preceeding shall preceid wntill the house be orderit and the oath takine be all members of that parliament; efter the taking of the which oath they shall proceed to the finding of ane new president, and that one and the same persone shall not be continowed president in tuo parliamentes without any new election, and this act to have begining in this present parliament.
