The estatis of parliament, haveing red and considerit the supplicatione givine in to theme be the justice deputs, craveing advyse from the parliament anent ther proceeding in pronunceing sentance wpon the convictione of William Fraiser for the slaughter of Edward Scola, the saidis estats remittis the same againe to the justice to proceid therin according to the lawes of the kingdome.
