Anente the warrand direct to the lordis of exchekker commanding them, eftir ressait therof, to proceid no further but prejudice of the signatouris past befor the warrand,
The estates of parliament appoyntes the louetennent generall and the Erle of Glencairne for the noblemen, the lairdis of Giffen and Auldbar for the barrones and the commissionaris of Irving and Dumbartane for the burrowes, to sie the signatouris allreddie past in exchekker befor the productione of the warrand, and take notice therof gife the samene be prejudiciall to the publict.
