Remitt in favoures of James Arnot, merchand, to the committie of estates anent his shipe and ordinance
The quhilke day the saidis estates of parliament, haveing red and considered the supplicatione givine in be James Arnot, merchand, makeand mentione of the satisfactioune due to be givine to him be the estates for his shipe and ordinance therof, and desyreing them to take consideratioune of the great prejudice and loise susteened be him by the deteeneing of his shipe and ordinance fra hir voyage, hes remittit and recommendit and heirby remittis and recommendis the foirsaid supplicatioune and desyre therof to the committie of estates appoynted to reseid at Edinburghe to be considerit be them.
