The lord commissioneris general subscryved the covenant with some declaratioune premitted to his subscriptioune as commissioner, but subscryved the same simplie as thesaurer.3

Ratificatioune of the actis of assemblie, viz: the act maid upon the 17 August last, intituled, 'Anent the sex causes of oure bygane evillis' and the act prefixed to the covenant, red, voited and past in articles under the protestatioune maid by the Erle of Argyle, for himselfe and suche noblemen as adheir to him, and by the baronis and borrowis, that the same is voited without prejudice of the protestatiounes formerlie maid by thame and that all quhilk shall pass in articles be under the same protestatiounes until they receave answer.4

The supplicatione against Doctor Balcanquall red, voited and past in articles.5

The supplicatioune anent the greevances of the ministers of the north red, and becaus the same is generall, the commissioners from the assemblie ar appointed to condiscend speciallie upon the particulars, persones, tyme, places, and factis.6

The supplicatioune presented by the commissioners of the assemblie for disunitting of churches, augmentatioune of ministers stipendis, especiallie of bishopis kirkis, erectioune of schooles etc., as containing many pointis of greate importance, takin to farder consideratioune and advisement.7
