Procedure: protest; asking of instruments

The same day comperit ane noble lord [...], earle of Annandaill and protestit that the ratificatioun past in this present parliament in favour of Maister Andro Murray of Balvaird, nor na pairt thairof, sould be hurtfull or prejudiciall to the said noble lord, his richts, priveledges and infeftments of and concerning the samyne, bot to remaine with him, his airs and successors wnhurt or prejudgit thairby. Quhilk protestatione his majestie and estates of parliament, finding reassonable, hes admitted and admittes, quhairupon the said noble lord [...], earle of Annandaill askit actes and instruments.
