The same day comperit ane reverend father in God Johne, bischope of Murray, and protestit that the forsaid ratificatioun grantit in favours of the said Earle Marschall sall nowayes be prejudiciall to him nor his successors anent the richt of patronage of the kirk of [...]. And thairupon the said Johne, bischope of Murray askit instruments.
