Justices of peace

The estaits ratifeis, allowes and approves the priviledges of the justices of peace and ordains the commissioners for the shyres to give in to his majesteis counsell ane roll of the names of suche persouns within thair shyres as ar fitting to be justices of peace, to the intent thair commissiouns may be accordinglie renewed.
