Ratification of the act anent the annuitie

The estats ratifeis, allowes and approves the act of the commissioun for the surrenders and ratificatioun thairof made be the lords of secreit counsell, whairby they ordaine lettres of horning to be direct at the instance of his majesteis thesaurar for payment of his majesteis annuitie for the crops and yeeres of God 1628, 1629 and in tyme comming of the kirks, whairof the valuatiouns ar alreadie discust be the great commissioun and as they sall be broght in and discust be the saids commissioners fra tyme to tyme.
