Procedure

Whilkis articles and missives being red, hard and considderit be the estaittis, thay all allowed of his majesties directioun exprest in that missive concerning the childrene of noblemen and otheris his majesties naturall subjectis send over into seminaries and houses of popishe relligioun beyond sea, and ordanit ane act to be extendit thairupoun, whairof the tennour followis.
