Anent marcheantis

It wold likewayes be considderit how the merchand estate might be inforced to continew thair trade of merchandice and not be sufferit to quite the same and turne usureris when thay haif acquired some wealth, for than is the tyme whan in reasone thay aught to continew thair trafficquing as haveing acquired meanis to manteyne the same, so as if a small losse sould happin thay ar able to recover the same, whair a poore beginner wald be quite undone if suche a losse sould befall to him, besides the mony yeiris whiche must be bestowed in atteyning to suche wealth.
